The study area is located in the north western border area of Sonid Zuoqi,Inner Mongolia,the tectonic position belongs to eastern central Asia orogenic belts-Mongolia orogenic belt.This paper studies ductile brittle shear zone of Bayan province,Sonid Zuoqi.regional ductile- brittle shear zone is the "Inner Mongolia1:50000, prospective and hot wood etc six regional geology and mineral resources survey" of the latest findings of the project.It fills in the late Paleozoic strata rock the region tectonic deformation research of blank.In Bayan wula the project group finds a series of NEE Ductile brittle structural belt, such as Bolejin Oman Wusu ductile brittle shear zone, qagan OBO Arong Qi fault belt,Bayan province Su Liwang and ductile brittle structural belt, which Yibotejin Oman Wusuductile brittle shear zone is the most typical.Involved in shear zone of the geological body including the Permian biotite monzonitic granite and Baoli gaomiao of Carboniferous volcanic rocks.Bolejin Oman Wusu ductile- brittle shear zone exposes about 10 km, wider than 6km, to 65 ~ 75 °, the tendency NW, dip∠75 ~ 85 °, the direction perpendicular to the direction shear zone by several strong deformation zone and weak in irregular domain block which from north to south,characterized by weak deformation and rock deformation belt(early mylonite or mylonite and silicide mylonite and tectonic schist)- weakly deformed region â†'strong deformation zoneâ†'Intensive penetrative Cleavage belt- Cleavage beltâ†'Sparse cleavage beltâ†'Deformation of weak rock.Through the stratum structure and geological characteristics of the field profile observation,shear zones developed mylonitic foliation, asymmetrical fold, S-C foliation, sigma structure,book inclined structure. The ductile brittle shear zones from macroscopic and microcosmicperformance of sinistral shear extrusion or compression torsion characteristic, it froms the observation of kinematics characteristics of disc shear zone which indicates the North West to Eastthrust and it has left oblique thrusting.Bolejin Oman Wusu ductile brittle shear zone marks the nearly EW trending chaganobo Arong Qi deep fault in the study area, the structural features of the regional distribution. On the basis of magmatic activities, geological time relationship between cutting, deformation characteristics and it combined with the zircon U-Pb isotopic age qagan OBO Arong Qi fault on the north side of ductile brittle deformation two biotite granite(294.4 + 2.8Ma),which provides the compression deformation of the lower age, we infer the collision of Siberia plate and North China plate thrust nappe time which is the early permian.
