Research On Mechanism Of Strata Disturbance And Reinforcement Technology By Advanced Deep Hole Grouting Of ADECO-RS

Advanced deep hole grouting in ADECO-RS has been widely used in improving the characteristics of the advanced core surrounding rock, especially used the underground tunnel construction of weak surrounding rock in city.It can be reach to the aim to reinforcement and seepage of the surrounding rock.In the process of grouting can produce disturbance of stratum, even produce pulp, disturb structure of stratum and surface damage to surrounding environment. Optimizing the grouting parameters and process, reaching to grouting reinforcement and effective control of stratum disturbance is important. Based on predecessors’ research results about mechanism of advanced deep hole grouting in ADECO-RS,with the method of the theoretical analysis, field research, numerical simulation and in situ test, scientific monitoring means, seeking the factors of stratum disturbance, finding the law of analyzing the influencing factors among grouting reinforcement,dvanced deep hole grouting in ADECO-RS has been applied to rich water sand stratum sector metro tunnel in Qingdao.The main content of this paper follows:(1) Laboratory geotechnical test is analyzed the a detailed characters of surrounding rock to provides the basis for the design in ADECO-RS. On the basis of literature review, the advanced deep hole grouting disturbance mechanism were analyzed in soft down hard on the Qingdao.Grouting process of strata disturbance caused by disturbance forms and the effect of disturbance, grouting stress in the soil was found.(2) By means of numerical simulation, ground surface deformation law which effected by grouting pressure, grouting depth is analysed,at the same time,the earth’s surface and building deformation law which is effected by grouting lifting is analysed.provide a reference for design and construction of grouting.(3) Based on one of interzone in Qingdao subway rich water sand layer as the background,with the method of grouting test, suitable grouting materials, grouting method, grouting parameters which applied on background engineering is selected.The grouting effect and the deformation monitoring including building, earth’s surface and hole, that of stratum reinforcement effect is good, Deep hole grouting ADECO-RS under the condition of the formation has good applicability, providing a new method for the construction of the urban underground tunnel project.
