Subsea production systems are economical, efficient development of one of the key marginal, deep-sea oil and gas fields of technology, subsea production systems currently in foreign countries has been more mature, after a large number of projects due to our proven deepwater oil and gas field development started late, currently Subsea Production lack of experience in the application of the system, this situation affects the development of deep-sea oil and gas resources of hair. Production base is located underwater marine environment in general is very bad, in waves, tide and other hydrodynamic effects, the production base at the end near the underwater sand prone to handling, erosion, leading subsea production systems underwater erosion, loss of stability, triggering a subsea pipeline ruptures and other damage accident, causing huge economic losses and environmental pollution.Subsea production system is composed of subsea wellhead so the whole subsea production equipment and subsea pipeline system consisting of offshore oil and gas production. With low investment, underwater equipment reusable, flexible and well furnished, affected by natural disasters and other advantages, widely used in the development of deepwater and marginal fields. This paper relies on a domestic offshore oil production company commissioned an underwater physics-based model experiments to ensure near-bottom velocity experiments with a prototype model of gravity to meet similar criteria as the primary research tool. The main work is as follows:1) In this paper, after a certain subsea production base model scaled back as the research object, the surrounding area to obtain a structure analysis of the flow field changes under different conditions the role of wave and current joint working. By applying different velocity, flow rate condition combination, the entire process of data collection in a particular case combinations. By subsequent data processing, the flow field near the underwater base a more comprehensive analysis; reveal changes on the flow field around the underwater base, while focusing on the stream surface and underwater foundation greet the north side were analyzed summarizes the variation of wave and current conditions underwater structures near production base flow field.2) In this paper, a different form of wave and current conditions joint plane scour scour nearby structures, the plane scour regional distribution were analyzed at the same time meet the test requirements of the appropriate boundary conditions are simplified. Exploratory experiments at near bottom velocity with the prototype meets the criteria of gravity similar experimental conditions. By combining different wave and current conditions of the joint main observation structures welcome stream surface morphology of sediment deposition and the flow surface, and its distribution analysis of the law. On the other hand can serve as an important test for the practical engineering achievements provide a theoretical reference, with a high value.3) I base with two subsea production infrastructure model to test different than the feet of a physical model study on local scour under the combined effects of wave and current, and foundation scour scour depth analysis of the law in different forms than the feet. And through an underwater camera to start the experiment underwater sediment structures nearby infrastructure for effective capture; underwater camera is mainly on the basis of sediment deposition in the form of underwater structures near real-time monitoring. After the experiment by total station measurements obtained under different conditions, characteristics scour the region’s largest local scour, and analysis.
