Weibo as one of the products of Internet technology leaps and bounds in recent years, has become a very important means of the people to share, spread information daily. Users in Weibo establish contact with each other by focusing, thus constituting a large network of relationships. Because the large amount of users, relations, and information capacity, which makes the topology research of the network will help find the internal structure properties network formation process changes in Weibo, thus brings convenience for further study of network dynamics, network control and many other research.The research of complex systems such as Weibo can use the theory of complex networks. Complex network theory as a branch of the network, its research objects are network structure consisting of huge number of nodes and edges between nodes, and if we regard users in Weibo as nodes, relationships as edges in complex network, then the complex network theory can be applied to studying the Weibo network.This article uses the complex network theory as a research tool, the Weibo network structure evolution as the standpoint, first analyzed properties of real Weibo data, mining the change of characteristics in Weibo network during the evolution, and tried to interpret the reason that formatting those characteristics. By analysis, found not only the widespread community structure exists in Weibo network, but also in the early stages of Weibo network evolution, the network connectivity is not all, but some nodes exist in isolation; secondly we used classic fitness model for reference, combined the analyzed characteristics of the Weibo network, creatively put forward the concept of initial default community and community openness, and preliminarily established COMW network model, and then, further proposed a new community generating mechanism based on node Interests attribute, while ameliorating the algorithm of connectting probability between node, and based on ensuring that meet the Weibo network properties proposed IBMW network model; and finally, aiming at the degree, clustering coefficient, community structure, we simulate many aspects of COMW and IBMW model’s structure, we found COMW model and IBMW models have real network characteristics such as small world, scale-free, so the models we proposed are ideal to characterize the Weibo network evolution.
