As a standard blackbody radiation source, the blackbody cavity is applied to infrared radiation thermometer calibration, spectral measurement and high temperature radiation thermometer.The emissivity of blackbody cavity radiation is hard to measure; therefore we use calculation method instead. The traditional research methods is based on pure diffuse, while mirror reflection is left unconcerned. Therefore a better method which considers the specular emission is required.This paper research based on Monte Carlo method of blackbody cavity radiation character, which gave a full consideration to the cavity wall diffuse reflection mirror, provided a numerical research method for calculation and study of blackbody cavity emissivity. The major research content of this essay focus on these:For the surface radiation of a blackbody cavity, this paper established radiation and calculation model based on the Monte Carlo method. In addition, random number check in the process of calculation was been concerned either. Firstly, we establish a blackbody cavity radiation radiation model including emission model, reflection and absorption model etc. We establish Monte Carlo method to calculate blackbody cavity emissivity implementation steps and ray tracing method. Meanwhile, Monte Carlo method used many random numbers; in this paper we discussed three detection methods of the random number performance test: parameter test, uniformity test and independence test.Aiming at the accuracy of blackbody cavity emissivity by Monte Carlo method, this paper made a comparison between its results and the results given by the literature. With the isotherm blackbody cavity, the deviation of effective emissivity calculation is less than 0.0005. When isotherm and non-isotherm coefficients are 0.01 and -0.01, we achieved the same results. Thus it proves that the correctness of the blackbody cavity emissivity calculation by Monte Carlo method.The shape and physical parameters of the blackbody cavity are the main factors affecting the cavity emissivity. This paper analyzed under the isothermal case, what influence cavity shape and physical parameters does on the blackbody cavity emissivity. Aiming at the non-isothermal situation, this paper calculated the how will the blackbody cavity emissivity change based up on wavelength. In addition, the paper measured the blackbody cavity temperature distribution and analyzed the radiation characteristic under different realistic blackbody cavity temperature.
