Protein folding plays an important role in biology. Only when proteins fold into the natural structure of the right, they can complete the function of the protein. Protein folding can make the normal biological function operating normally. When the protein folding is wrong, it will cause the biological function disorder and even cause some diseases. In recent years, the study of protein folding rate prediction has attracted more and more researchers of all ages, so it is very important to study the factors that influence protein folding rate. There are many factors that affect the folding rate of proteins. The influence of different types and forms of the protein on folding rate is also different. This paper study the influence of protein some characteristic values on folding rate. The main study includes the following two aspects:1、According to the nature of the protein, protein consists of all-α proteins, all-β proteins, mixed class proteins and unclassified proteins. According to the effect of amino acids in the protein, this paper select their effective values from the physical and chemical properties. We calculate the parameters of these characteristic values and the average properties of amino acids in the protein sequence. Using multiple linear regression and Jackknife test, we analyze the similarity of protein folding rate of different types in experimental and predicted values. Using this method, we analyze of the correlation between mixed values and protein folding rate. We get better results at last.2、There are a lot of difference in two-state and multi-state, so the protein is divided into two-state and multi-state that to analyze. We select 65 amino acid sequences of the protein, we get NL and by calculating and use multiple linear regression to analyze. We use the Jackknife method to test the correlation coefficient and T value. After the experiment we are certain that and NL have a certain extent effects for the protein two-state and multi-state.
