Ecological pattern is the basis of maintaining the basic function of ecological system. A central goal of community ecology is to understand the forces that maintain species diversity within communities. Hubbell neutral in theory, there are two basic assumptions:First, ecological equivalence of biological species, and the other is zero-sum assumptions. Through numerical simulation Graham Bell classic neutral model, the observed distribution of species abundance model simulation results are familiar with the basic meaning and core neutral model iterative thinking, analysis of different immigration rate effects on species abundance distribution of results; at the same time This paper also studied the theoretical model Hubbell’s neutral model in ecology equivalence and zero-sum assumptions were studied the probability model of metacommunity and localcommunity. In theoretical studies Hubbell neutral basis, this paper discusses the differences between metacommunity and localcommunity in zero-sum assumption and non-zero-sum assumption.
