The health of aquatic ecosystems directly affect the quality of life for residents of Harbin and surrounding provinces in Song Hua River Basin(Harbin section).Micro biological as one of the evalution of water quality aquatic ecosystems function studied the relationship between spatial temporal charateristics and environment factors had important significance.The experimental studied on the ecology of micro biological community.Using the method of biodiversity index system and multivariate statistial analysis discussed the composition of micro biological community struture for temporal spatial distribution and influencing the distribution of environment factors from April to October in 2014.To investigated the dynamics influence of environmental factors to shoreside micro biological community structure and assessmented the water quality status of Song Hua River Basin(Harbin section) by diversity.To provide a therotical basis for the pollution control and ecological restoration system.The micro biological samples were collected and identified in Song Hua River Basin(Harbin section) from April to October in 2014.This research was carried out a total of 13 phyla,141 genera,257 species.It mainly researched Protozoa,Rotifers,Bacillariophyta and Chlorophyta.They were accounted for about 70.82%.Chrysophyta and Cryptophyta were the fewest accounted for about 0.78%.Abundance of year fluctuates among 11.11-90300 ind./L.The dominant species and groups identified 38 species during the whole year records.Cladocera have the most species.The second one were Algae.The third one were Rotifers and the last one were Copepods.The common dominant species and groups were Vorticella,Brachionus for ficula and Nemato.Shannon-Wiener diversity index was 1.27-3.20 of Song Hua River Basin(Harbin section).While Pielou evenness index was 0.39-0.84.Magarlef richness index was 1.23-4.97.It shows that each micro biological communities were different,but also had the same properties by using CLUSTER analysis.All Stress values < 0.1,indicated that three sampling sites each month between micro biological community structure were diverse,microbial community structure similarity was larger in each season by MDS analysis.Water temperature changes with the seasons was obvious,difference significantly, conform to the characteristics of four seasons.Average water temperature was 17.20 ℃all the year round,the temperature variation was 6 to 26 ℃.The average temperature all over the year was 7.27.p H was 6.88-7.72.Song Hua River Basin(Harbin section) was irregular condition.Dissolved oxygen(DO) was 2.73-6.32mg/L.The average value was 4.49mg/L. Total phosphorus(TN) was 0.22-0.61mg/L. The average value was 0.38mg/L.By PCA and CCA two multivariate statistical analysis.The analysis result showed that DO is the greatest influence on the micro biological community structure distribution of environmental factors.According to the same groups of microbial species accepts the factors of influence were not necessarily the same one.
