The ERA-Interim latest available reanalysis data of the u, v, co wind fields, temperature T, ozone mass mixing ratio of global atmosphere covering the monthly data from1995~2012on isobaric surface, and the ONI (Oceanic Nino Index)、SST (Sea Surface Temperature) monthly data of the NOAA were used in this paper. The lag correlation method was used to analysis the influence of the ENSO circulation on the distribution of the stratospheric ozone over the East Asia. According to the composite analysis of the ozone anomaly percentage of El Nino and La Nina, as well as the Nino3+4areas SST with SVD analysis of stratospheric ozone in east Asia, the effect of the ENSO to the ozone force was investigated. At the same time discusses the seasonal change of residual circulation and the transfer function of stratospheric ozone, finally analyzed the impact of ENSO cycle dynamic mechanism of the distribution of stratospheric ozone in east Asia. The results show that:The effect of the ENSO to the stratospheric ozone was distinct over East Asia, which was more evident on30hPa, and70hPa than another, and that the correlation coefficient reached the maximum when lagging at8month; after the El Nino occurred8months, the ozone had a decrease on stratospheric30hPa over the mid-latitude region and the ozone had a increase over the high latitude, but the ozone had a increase on stratospheric70hPa over the mid-latitude region and the ozone had a decrease over the high latitude. Furthermore, the ozone had a decrease on70hPa over the low-latitude; the influence of the La Nina on the ozone contrary to the influence of the El Nino to the ozone; the difference of the effect of the El Nino and La Nina to the ozone was significant, the difference of the ozone content (which defined by effect of the El Nino to the ozone minus effect of the La Nina to the ozone) could reach-25%when the El Nino and La Nina had occurred8month later, SVD analysis of the results and the analysis conclusion is consistent with the basic synthesis; the effect of the ENSO to the stratospheric ozone could keep by about1year, and that the effect of the ENSO to the stratospheric ozone would vanish after the ENSO had occurred2years later. Residual circulation is an important vertical-meridian circulation in the stratosphere, air flow rising from low latitude region in the tropical tropopause, when arrived in the lower stratosphere it will move poleward down, finally back into the troposphere in the mid-latitude. Residual circulation has obvious seasonal change, of which circulation features were most obvious in winter and summer. Through the study on the relationship between the residual velocity w v and ozone, we found residual circulation has an important role in conveying to the ozone in the stratosphere, this effect was also exist in a long time scales.By studying the influence of the ENSO cycle in residual circulation, this paper discussed the dynamic mechanism of the ENSO cycle impact the distribution of stratospheric ozone in east Asia. After the El Nino events, the circulation situation of residual circulation was strengthened, the increased circulation of ozone transfer function, thus affecting the distribution of the stratospheric ozone in east Asia; and the La Nina event, the opposite happened.
