Earthquake-simulation shaking table test is one of the methods of experiment for Earthquake-resistant engineering, it can be a good simulation of the process of structural vibration when the earthquake occurs, applicable to a large number of different types of artificial seismic wave tests, to achieve the purpose of the research of dynamic characteristics、seismic response and failure mechanism of structure, proofreading structural seismic measures and seismic performance of the equipment. The vibration of shaking table’s foundation will have influence on the surrounding soil、structure of factory and personnel when Earthquake-simulation shaking table was at work. So it is necessary to have a research on the influence to plant structure when shaking table was at work. This paper takes Suzhou University of Science and Technology’s under-construction6×8m Earthquake-simulation shaking table as the research object, to research on the influence of shaking table’s foundation on the factory. The main works is as follows:1. Expounds the internal factors of Earthquake-simulation shaking table、working principle and consideration of designing the shaking table’s foundation.2. Using the latest design programme of shaking table’s foundation and foundation parameters based on the geological exploration report when establishing the basic model. Calculate the dynamic response of shaking table’s foundation with the method from 《Specification for design of dynamic machine foundation》. Establish the three dimensional finite element model of foundation-shaking table’foundation with Abaqus. Execute finite element simulation on the dynamic response of shaking table’s foundation, and compared the two results.Come to a conclusion that the result from 《Specification for design of dynamic machine foundation》 was larger than the result from Abaqus.3.Establish three dimensional finite element model of foundation-shaking table’ foundation-factory model and calculate the dynamic response simulation of factory on the bases of the Earthquake-simulation shaking table’s foundation. Come to a conclusion that the influence of vibration from shaking table’s foundation on workshop meets the requirements, and staff have vibration sense in some frequency range according to "The relationship between the human feeling and building acceleration" from 《Technical specification for concrete structures of tall building》4. Considering the uncertain factors of soil parameters, Contrast and summarize the influence of vibration from shaking table’s foundation on the factory based on the different soil parameters. Come to a conclusion that the acceleration response of factory was differ from different frequency range, the frequency corresponding to the maximum acceleration response was increase with the increase of soil getting harder.
