This article applies the method of karyotype analysis of Xinjiang region failed Elaeagnus taxonomy. In xinjiangAltay,Kashi,Turpan,Hami and Yli five regional sampling investigation a total of 57 strains. culture、chromosome and mapping. According to carve of karyotype analysis methods can calculate that the longest and the shortest chromosome length ratio is 2.644,between 2:1-4:1,arm ratio of greater than 2:1 chromosome number accounted for 64.287% of all the percentage of the chromosome number of chromosome type belongs to the type "B".Karyotype asymmetry coefficient (As.K%) was 68.659%,the no.l for satellited chromosomes.(2) For example, YL2 number.the chromosome karyotype formula:2n=2x=28=12m+10sm+6st. It shows that the classification under the species, the results of this study using karyotyping classification does not fully support the results of its morphological classification.(8) Planted grade classification, results of this study are divided into seven categories, which planted the classification did not correspond, indicate that under the species classification, the classification results of this study do not support them two human classification.(9) The karyotype asymmetry coefficient can know,1,2,6,7 class karyotype asymmetry coefficients were 65.83%,66.31%,65.89%,66.74%, while Class 3,4,5 karyotype asymmetry coefficients were 66.27%, 68.53%,66.49%.According to evolutionary nuclear performance by an asymmetric to symmetric,can be analyzed to obtain, E. oxycarpa is relatively E. moorcrofiii.belonging to more primitive species.
