Drought as one of the most serious human natural disasters, which cause enormous economic losses to mankind, At present, lacking of drought monitoring methods, it needs high precision grid data of soil temperature and moisture for short-term climate prediction, farmland management and so on.This study uses high spatial and temporal resolution of land surface atmosphere forcing data made by the China Meteorological Administration of land data assimilation system (CLDAS) to drive CLM3.5 and SSDIB2 land surface model to simulate land surface continuous soil temperature and moisture, surface sensible heat latent heat fluxes, and Ensernbling simulations of two models in Qinghai Tibet Plateau test, then we use all of China stations to assess the simulation results, and last but not the least,the paper applies it in agricultural drought monitoring.1) Using the CLDAS Forcing data to run the Land Surface Model, it makes the space-time continuum soil data in China. This Forcing data is made by using LAPS/STMAS methods to fuse the backgroud data and observation data of 30 thousand stations, and apply the FY2 data of Precipitation and Solar radiation, so it has high Accuracy in China.2) putting to use the automatic soil moisture observation data of CMA Through strict quality control, soil temperature data of national Automatic stations and the experiments on Heihe and The Tibetan plateau, we have conducted a comprehensive assessment for soil moisture and temperature, and the former shows that the correlation coefficient is up to 0.8, and deviation is about 0.03 mm3/mm3 and Root mean square error is lower than 0.04 mm3/mm3; and the later shows that the correlation coefficient is 0.95, and deviation is about 1.2k and Root mean square error is lower than 2k; on the other hand, the flux simulation of CLDAS product has a great improvement than GLDAS flux simulation.3)Ensembling of two land surface models, we can see that this reprocess will effectively reduce caused then uncertainty simulation by the different model parameters, and the stability of the simulation has obvious improvement.4) Applying the simulation of soil moisture to monitoring the drought-Converting the Soil volumetric moisture content to the soil relative humidity, and then we can contrast theThe national standard of the People’s Republic of China- meteorological drought gradeto divide the drought grade, and the outcome has been generate in many provinces and cities such as Inner Mongolia and Changchun city in Jilin Provin...
