Chaos and traditional ciphers have very similar characteristics, exploration of new chaotic cipher encryption and its application in practical engineering has great significance. With the popularity of smart phone and its application extension, the data of mobile phone information’s security has become an important issues. Chaos as a new password received extensive attention and become a research hotspot, explore chaotic cipher encryption based on Android mobile has the important significance. The research contents of this paper covers the following gthree aspects:(1) In order to obtain a better chaotic random sequence, the study based on the Liu chaos system improved a new three-dimensional chaotic system, the dynamic characteristics of the system are studied by simulation and theoretical analysis, The improved model of chaotic system in the base of keeping the original advantages of Liu system is found on the analysis, Expanded the range of the parameters of chaotic system, increased the number of parameters of chaotic system, expanded the key space.(2) Research on the discretization and digital method of continuous chaotic system’s construction, the discretization method of continuous chaotic system directly affects the precision of the chaotic system, digital methods will directly influence the performance of chaotic sequences. Select difference approximation method are discretized on a chaotic system, then using the threshold extraction method and binary direct extraction method of digital processing system to obtain digital sequences can be used directly.(3) The Android smart phone, using java programming language to design Android mobile phone address book and storage card information encryption system. Pseudo random sequence generation model based on chaotic system of mobile phone, mail list using XOR encryption stream ciphers, set password to get the mobile phone root permissions with using the MD5 encryption algorithm, enter the encryption parameters through setting up, implementation of the encryption mobile phone mail list. Mobile phone file encryption system using chaos-AES hybrid encryption algorithm(using chaotic sequence as the AES base key) to encrypt the pictures, txt, word format of the document data in the sdcard on the Android system platform, ensured the safety of information stored in the mobile phone. At last a professional test is performed on the Android mobile phone and the simulator, the test results are consistent with the goals of the design.
