Halophilic actinomycetes in order to survive in low water activity environment, they might be possess special structures and physiological functions to adapt the living space. Therefor, halophilic actinomycetes might produce new extre-condition biologicalacfivated products. However, current research on halophilic actinomycetes and halotolerant actinomycetes secondary metabolites have been reported rarely. In order to find natural products with novel structure and distinct biological activity, the paper carried out research work on the halophilic actinomycetes secondary metabolites.In order to explore Nocardiopsis actinomycetes YIM90087in high salt environments secondary metabolites, combined with thin-layer chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography, chemical screening, screening fermentation conditions; after a large scale of strains fermentation obtained extracts; The extracts have been purified by silica gel column chromatography using normal phase, reverse phase silica gel column chromatography, gel filtration chromatography, crystallization and recrystallization, and high performance liquid chromatography. The chemical structures of the compounds were identified on the basis of extensive NMR and mass spectroscopic analysis identified.23compounds were obtained from strain YIM90087ermentation extract. The chemical structures of14compounds are identified. The14compounds are4-hydroxybenzaldehyde (PY-1),2-hydroxy-l-(1H-indol-3-yl)ethanone (PY-3), met hyl [3-hydroxy-2-(3-methylbut-2-en-l-yl)phenyl]acetate (PY-4), methyl3-hydroxy-2-(3-methylbut-2-en-1-yl)benzoate (PY-5),4-hydroxybenzoic acid (PY-6),3-hydr oxy-4-methoxy-2,5-bis(4-methoxyphenyl)-7-azabicyclo[4.2.0]octa-1,3,5-triene-7-carb othioic S-acid (PY-9),3-methoxy-4-methylpyridin-2-amin (PY-11),4,7-Bis(4-meth oxyphenyl)-6-hydroxy-5-methoxybenzo[d]thiazole (PY-13),1-(4-methylpiperazin-1-yl)ethanone (PY-16), cyclo(-L-pro-L-val-)(PY-17),2-(2-aminoethyl)phenyl acetat e (PY-19),2-(2-aminoethyl)phenyl acetate (PY-21),4-amino-7-(4-hydroxyphenyl) hexahydro-2H-[1,4]oxazino[3,4-6][1,3]oxazin-2-one (PY-25),6’-Hydroxy-4,2’,3’,4"-te tramethoxy-p-terphenyl (PY-41), PY-4, PY-5, PY-9, PY-25are new products.
