Pine wood nematode disease will have great harm on pinus species, even usually causeinfected trees quickly die. Forest pest felds in order to reduce the harm of the pine tree, thepine to take time to fll the gaps with seedlings and spraying is a very efective method. In thispaper, using mathematical model to discuss the implementation of this method is to establisha model of impulsive diferential equation, to analyze the existence of periodic solution andstability and persistence of the system.The article include three chapters.The preface is in chapter1, we introduce the research background of this article, the maintask and some important preliminaries.In chapter2, we discuss the dynamic behavior of pine wood nematode were reported in thepulse, use of impulsive diferential equation of Floquet theory and comparison theorem, acquirethe sufcient conditions for global asymptotic stability and system lasting of disease-free periodicsolution on pine tree and Monochamus alternatus Hope.In chapter3, we discuss the dynamic behavior of pine wood nematode with diferent timepulse were reported in the pulse, use of impulsive diferential equation of Floquet theory andcomparison theorem,acquire the sufcient conditions for global asymptotic stability and systemlasting of disease-free periodic solution on pine tree and Monochamus alternatus Hope.
