The northern segment of the Tanghe fracture zone is located in the Lingqiuand Hunyuan area of the northern Taihang Mountains,it is the turning of theNNW trending Taihang mountains structural zones and WE trending Yanshanstructural zones,and is also their boundary structure.Many fracture structures aredeveloped,especially the Lingqiu area is different from main NE or NNEstructures of Taihang mountains obviously,and it is also different from WEtrending Yanshan structure zones.It is characterized by specially developed NWtrending faults,at the same time,the NE trending thrust also have similarity withthe two structure zones.Its unique regional structural position has importanttheoretical and practical significance to reveal the deformation characteristics ofthe main fracture structure, explore their formation mechanisms, clarify therelationship between them and control the rock、basin characteristics.Through the comparative analysis of thrust tectonic deformationcharacteristics of Nanshan and Beishan region,we can find that the Lingqiuthrust tectonic is a subparallel back thrusts in the trending of steep south andgentle north. The deformation is characterised by the coexistence thick-skinned tectonic and concomitant overturned fold,it shows that the formation of thrusttectonicmay is controlled by the basement faults, on the other hand it resultedfrom early folding and late failure by shear.Tanghe fault zones hows graben andhorst type is composed of a series of step normal faults,and is characterized byinhomogeneous deformation show Tilted and tilting structure.Tanghe fracturezone is a reticular fracture system by the composition of NNW faultsand faults,which to Thanghe fracture for the west side.According to their relationship tocut, NE-trending thrust was first formed,secondly the development of NW–trending thrust followed,by the development of SN-trending thrust and finallythe development of NWW–trending thrust,and they often have wide faultzone.At the same time,fracture has differences in the trending of steep south andgentle north,it shows that TangHe fracture zone which mainly extensional boththe strike-slip, is developed from the south to the north.Tanghe structure zone mainly develop after the thrust,the former cut andfaulted the latter’s continuous distribution.Their cross-cut parts develop moreintense fractures,and also resulted in strong volcanic eruptions and magmaintrusion,so they have become main rock-control and mineral-posit-generateposition.Characteristics of basin distribution in the area indicate that the EarlyCretaceous of NW-trending fracture structure are the main basin structure,which control the NW trending half-graben rift basin.Under the action of theNorth West-south east direction tensile force of gravity, mesozoic thrustreverses into a major factor in controlling basin, forming a north-east direction of the long axis Lingqiu rift basin.
