Protein is indispensable material for biology’s normally running, protein-proteininteractions network is an important application of bioinformatics, and it have been veryimportant practical significance.through alignment different protein-proteininterractions networks,it can bring more homology information, Mining functionmodules of protein-protein Interactions network, especially for lesion’s protein-proteininterractions, Mining lesion’s modules would have been most important things.thosewere the research directions or the future research directins. In this paper,we used networks’s tolopical struction for alignment protein-proteininteractions network and our alignment algorithms called Tolop.Tolop alignmentalgorithms marked similar note depend on given of sub-networks. clustering coefficientis one of the important parameters for predicating similar note.current proteininteractions networks alignment algorithms used degree(d) to predicate similar note.thisis the improvement measure for protein interraction networks alignment.data origin ofTolop alignment algorithms is only the date of protein-protein interactions. the currentmost of protein interactions networks alignment alogorithms used several kinds ofdate, such as protein sequence alignment and gene data.Tolop alignment algorithms hadperfect alignment result at the sides of module identification and Edge accuracy. At present protein interaction network alignment algorithms is one of the hotresearch fields,it’s fast development must brings more alignment algorithms and bringsmore signification’s results. Tolop alignment algorithms is the base of protein-proteininteractions network alignment. Through further research of this algorithm can be getmore significative results.
