MicroRNA is an important endogenous small molecule RNA which has significantfunction in biologies, and it is consisted of21-23nucleotides. It can be involved in thebiological cell growth, differentiation and apoptosis,playing an important role in plant andanimal life process. The traditional research is mainly focus on the relationship betweenmicroRNA and the occurrence and development of tumor and other diseases, as well as therelationship between microRNA and the immune system. They found functions of microRNAin the treatment of diseases through the scientific methods, and its important role in themedical. But research shows that, microRNA role not only in native organisms, but also as asignal molecule transduces among different species while still maintaining life activities, andplay regulatory role to heterologous organisms life activities and biological characteristic byacting on heterologous mRNA as a bioactive exogenous molecule.The scientist’s latest research found that the plant microRNA can enter the human bodyby ingestion, and stable presence, and may regulate the life activities of human. In order toexplore the human exogenous microRNA regulation roles and the differences in plants andanimals,this paper combine computational biology methods and build human exogenousmicroRNA regulation research system model based on the validated human exogenous plantmicroRNA data。First, this paper collect date, then do exogenous human microRNA targetpredict based on genome-wide date. Meanwhile we will establish a specific target geneselection rule according to the statistical analysis to selecting predicted target genes. Ofcourse this paper will determine the validity of the target gene through cross-validation. Thenthis paper build the primary gene regulation network based validated predicted target. In orderto study the primary gene regulation network, this paper design scoring method to measurethe value of each node in the primary gene regulation network. Then this paper sorts the nodesdepend on the score to select core nodes. According to the core nodes of primary generegulation network, this paper designs the core regulation network construction method toextract the core gene regulation network module. Then analysis functions of the core generegulation network to mine the possible regulatory role. This paper find the regulatory role of human exogenous plant microRNA in plant andhuman by this regulatory role system model of human exogenous microRNA, and thenanalyze and compare exogenous microRNA function. This paper hope to reveal the nutritionalvalue of plants from nature through above work, as well as reveal the significant influence ofdaily diet on human physiology. At the same time, this paper believe our research can find anew way to the study of small molecule RNA of Chinese herbal medicine which has certainsignificance to our country’s traditional Chinese herbal drug. At the same time, we hope ourresearch can provide some help for laboratory person’s job.
