Based on the rocks composition, original construction characteristics, structural characteristics, metamorphism of Hulan group, achieved the following understanding:1. Hulan group is mainly composed of mica schist, quartzite, gneiss, marble andpart of metavolcanic rocks, whose original rocks mainly set of marine mafic-acidicvolcanic, clastic, carbonate volcano-sedimentary formation, which is formed in anactive continental margin..2. The original rock of Hulan group formed in the early Paleozoic, experiencedlower greenschist facies-amphibolite facies metamorphism, which PTt trajectorytypical collision orogenic metamorphism of time is250~220Ma3. The Hulan group as a tectonic melange belt, squeezed by intense deformation, unable to establish stratigraphic sequences, it is an important part of orogenic beltbetween Songnen terrain and North China Plate.
