With the development of the microscopic imaging technology, in situ observation themicro-structure changes on the whole testing process of materials to reveal the materialmacroscopic deformation, damage and failure mechanism. So, in situ monitoring technologyfor shipment. Through the studying of the current situation about materials testing, It is notdifficult to find: in most cases, scholars to carry out a single load, displacementexperimental research on materials, however, in the actual working condition, materials iseffected by the composited loads. So, only on a single load to research on materials, can noteffectively simulate the actual working condition, and displacement observation is alsounfavorable in revealing the failure, damage and other macroscopic appearance of materials.Based on the above points, this paper development of a more load and physical fieldscomposited in situ mechanics performance testing on materials testing unit, namely, threepoint bending testing unit. It can be integrated with the tensile testing unit, the compressiontesting unit, the reverse testing unit, the in situ observation testing unit, the electric testingunit, the magnetic testing unit and the thermal testing unit as a whole, As well as satisfyingthe structure and the compatibility testing function.Detailed introduction: the designing of the device, the composition of the structure, theprinciple of working and the related calculation formula about materials, parameters of themechanical properties in the three point bending testing. Checking the parts selection of thedesign unit, analysising the the key parts and the whole testing unit by Abaqus, argumentingthe rationality of the whole designing.Putting forward the actual deflection correction method of specimen in different kindsof working conditions and the related solving algorithm of the coefficient of frameflexibility, through the testing validating the accuracy of the correction method and thesolving algorithm. Exploring the affecting factors and the it,s impact effecting of the resultsof the testing byAbaqus.Carrying out the force-magnetic coupling experiment research on ferromagneticfunctional materials to explore the impacting of materials, mechanics performance by theplus magnetic field, and to explore the differents effect area which direction. perpendicular to the magnetic field for the corresponding degree of the influence. Carrying out theexperiment researching on the pretension-three point bending testing by Abaqus. Carryingout the in situ experiment researching on the Q235steel specimen by metallographicmicroscope to explore the contaction on the micro-structure and the macro appearance ofmaterials.
