Seagrass beds ecosystem is a high diversity of Marine ecosystems.Macrobenthos in seagrass beds is an important part of seagrass bed ecosystem.The research of seagrass beds and macrobenthos community can better understandinf of the ecological process of seagrass bed ecosystem and provide the basis for an assessment of the environmental quality of seagrass beds.In April2013(spring), on July (summer), October (cho), December (winter),this paper surveys and studies the representative of Lingshui Village Bay seagrass beds,Wenchang Gaolong Bay seagrass beds, macrobenthos in Hainan province.Understand both Macrobenthos community structure in seagrass beds and benthic organism species composition;comparison of different quarters, different sea areas, different types of seagrass habitat for large benthic biomass, density, and its diversity of habitat impacts;analysis of macrobenthos community structure in different seagrass habitats;on cluster analysis of macrobenthos in different seagrass habitats;analyze disturbances of macrobenthos community in seagrass beds by abundance/biomass compare curve method.This paper provides the necessary scientific basis for Lingshui Village Bay seagrass beds and Wenchang Gaolong Bay seagrass beds ecological development and protection.The main research results are as follows:1^Investigate the seven kinds of seagrass in Lingshui Village Bay seagrass beds and Wenchang Gaolong Bay seagrass beds,they are Cymodoce rotundata,Cymodocea serrulata,Halodule uninervis,Enhalus acoroides, Thalassia Soland,Halophila ovalis,Halophila minor. Among them, there are six kinds of them in Lingshui Village Bay and five kinds of them in Wenchang Gaolong Bay. There are different kinds mixed phenomenon after investigation.2> Investigate the59kinds of macrobenthos in Lingshui Village Bay seagrass beds and Wenchang Gaolong Bay seagrass beds where bivalves, gastropods, crustaceans species are more. Among them, there are42kinds of them in Lingshui Village Bay and35kinds of them in Wenchang Gaolong Bay.and more common species in both.3> The average biomass of macrobenthos in Lingshui Village Bay seagrass beds and Wenchang Gaolong Bay seagrass beds are201.90g/m2、174.37g/m2respectively.The average degree of habitat are518.38ind/m2%413.16ind/m2respectively. Both macrobenthic biomass and the degree of habitat are show higher in summer and autumn,lower in winter and spring, and appear a decreasing trend outside the area by seagrass beds.4n Through the two macrobenthic community cluster analysis and MDS can be drawn from the macrobenthic communities of seagrass habitats under the same similarities.In the same kind of Lingshui Village Bay and Wenchang Gaolong Bay seagrass habitats,four of them are particularly similar:Halodule uninervis,Enhalus acoroides,Thalassia soland and Halophila ovalis.5、Through the analysis of the two macrobenthic community data are drawn:the diversity index H’average of2.83,species evenness index J is0.64, community richness index d is3.07in Lingshui Village macrobenthic community. the diversity index H ’average of2.87,species evenness index J is0.65, community richness index d is2.75in Wenchang Gaolong Bay macrobenthic community.6、Macrobenthic community species composition, distribution,degree of habitat, diversity index are have the comprehensive influence of regional, seagrass species in Lingshui Village Bay seagrass beds and Wenchang Gaolong Bay seagrass beds.7、Abundance/biomass curve (ABC Curve) of macrobenthic community in Lingshui Village Bay seagrass beds and Wenchang Gaolong Bay seagrass beds shows:macrobenthic community ecological disturbance coefficient of Cymodocea serrulata habitat,Halodule uninervis habitat and Enhalus acoroides habitat are smaller;macrobenthic community ecological of Cymodoce rotundata habitat,Thalassia Soland habitat and Halophila ovalis habitat are disturbed slightly;macrobenthic community ecological of Halophila minor habitat is severely disturbance.Macrobenthic community affected by disturbance is related to the growth status of the seagrass. Halophila minor grows at the edge of the distribution of seaweed, and relatively sparse, its macrobenthic community diversity index is relatively low.
