Epiphytic lichens are an important form of lichen, they are the important components of biodiversity in forest ecosystem, they play an important role in different forest ecosystems to rich the species diversity, tropical evergreen monsoon elfin forest vegetation type was the climax vegetation types in Tongguling Nature, It has important significance to make investigation about its internal distribution of epiphytic lichens. In this paper, we select the epiphytic lichens of the important value of twenty former dominant.species in tropical monsoon elfin forest for study, through a combination of field investigations and elements laboratory experimental data, make discussions about the relationship between environmental factors and host which make affect on the trunk epiphytic lichens, use molecular biology techniques to identify lichen fungus and lichen endophytic fungi, analysis the diversity identify lichen fungus and lichen endophytic fungi and its distribution on the host, Preliminary research on the relationship between epiphytic lichens and their host and diversity of the endophytic fungus The results showed that:(1) The important value of twenty tree species in Tonggu Ling tropical monsoon elfin forest include Schefflera heptaphylla, Syzygium tephrodes, Olea dioica, Acronychia oligophlebia, Xantolis longispinosa, Koilodepas hainanense, Arytera littoralis,Syzygium buxifolioideum, Hydnocarpus hainanensis, Syzygium buxifolium, Syzygium championii, Mallotus hookerianus, Litsea verticillata, Sterculia lanceolata, Psychotria rubra, Litsea variabilis, Drypetes arcuatinervia, Syzygium acuminatissimum, Antirhea chinensis, Camellia furfuracea, according to its spatial distribution map Arytera littoralis had occurred with the highest frequency, occurrence frequency of minimum number of Syzygium acuminatissimu,in the quantity, Syzygium acuminatissimum and Antirhea chinensisare at least number, Xantolis longispinosa, Koilodepas hainanense and Arytera littoralis have a large number.(2) Through field investigation, use spss to make the relevant data correlation analysis, showed that lichens cover the distribution and relative density of host (r=0.514*, P=0.020), the relative frequency of the host showed a significant positive linear correlation (r=0.499*, P=0.025); The lichen coverage diameter at breast height and the host to do correlation analysis, found that only Acronychia oligophlebia one specie of lichen coverage positively related with the host DBH, the other tree species were not significant correlation, in the plots the lichens have exists some correlation with DBH of the host, but not with the increase with the DBH of host simply increasing or decreasing trend, but will focus on the distribution of lichens found within a certain range of size class (size class Ⅰ-Ⅳ1.5cm-13.5cm), deviate from this range, is not conducive to the growth of the trunk epiphytic lichens; In Tongguling tropical monsoon elfin forest, range trunk epiphytic lichens widespread distribution withinⅢ-Ⅵ (0.6-1.4m) range, the most concentrated height is1.2-1.4m;In Tongguling tropical monsoon elfin forest, lichens are located in the south-east direction, which is related the whole aspect Tongguling tropical monsoon elfin forest southeast;Use spss make correlation analysison about environmental factors which affecting the distribution of lichens, got the derived elevation beta value (standardized effect coefficient) was0.031; humidity beta values (standardized effect coefficient) was0.146; light intensity beta value (normalized impact factor) is0.225. Light and moisture are two of the more important factors in the impact of environmental factors on the growth of lichen.(3) According molecule sequencing results and by sequence alignment, there are26OTU lichen fungus in the plots, which25OTU of Ascomycota, they belong to8families,13genera, which respective Ocelllaria、Lobothallia、Graphis、Ramalina、 Parmotrema,Platygramme,Thelotremateae,Byssoloma,Absconditella,Austroparmelina,Pyrenula,Chaenothecopsis,Graphidoideae. Basidiomycota only one OUT,Dictyonema. which Graphis have50percent,this explains that in the study lichen species are rich and including many Graphis. The degree of influence of humidity and illumination, sort by CCA, we can find illumination have the greater impact on the different type of fungal OTU lichens.(4)The lichen fungus in26OUT, OTU1and OTU23distribution coverage in the host highly significant correlation; OTU6and OTU14distribution coverage and host DBH significant correlation.(5)According to molecular sequencing results, The survey received a total of31OTU lichens in the plots. The31OTU can be divided two categories:Basidiomycota and Ascomycota, Basidiomycota contains8OTU, belonging Pucciniomycetes, Basidiomycetes, Agaricomycetes, Tremellomycetes4classes5orders; Ascomycota contains23OTU, belonging to Ascomycetes, Sordariomycetes,:Pyrenomycetes, Dothideomycetes, Orbiliomycetes, Eurotiomycetes,6classes,10orders. This indicates that endophytic fungi lichens has rich diversity, which worth depth research.
