As the most important part of street-view map development, street-view data acquisition takes more than80%money and time cost of the whole project. This thesis is mainly on how to cut the cost of data acquisition by using methods of project management.Firstly, this thesis summarized the whole work of street-view data collection and analyzed its features, then summed the reasons of cost rising into two aspects: one is the acquisition path overlapping or unreasonable, leads to cost increasing. The other one is unqualified data which leads to more acquisition workload. The process of collecting vehicle driving on roads are also the process of data collection. Different from general projects’planning on time, the street view data acquisition needs effective plans on space. Therefore, this thesis has conducted the research of path planning in street-view data acquisition, according to the characteristics of the data acquisition, puts forward the planning principles and operating methods of street view data acquisition, Using the algorithm of Fleury to reduce the acquisition paths overlapping or unreasonable situation. On the other hand, the appearance of unqualified data somewhere results in re-acquisition with higher cost than first data collection. Therefore, this thesis studies the method of effective quality management of the street view data, using the three-level quality inspection system to achieve the object on reducing the acquisition cost. In this thesis, the author has completed the following tasks:(1) The project management features and cost of street view data acquisition are analyzed and summarized;(2) Studied the principles and methods of path planning in street view data acquisition to reduce the expenses;(3) Studied the three-level quality management methods of street view data acquisition,in order to reduce the cost of acquisition. In this thesis, based on in-depth analysis of the characteristics in street-view data acquisition, through the methods on path planning and quality management, the author put forward the viewpoints of the management methods to reduce street-view data acquisition cost. The results have nice generality, which can references the data collection and updates on other street-view maps, to reduce the cost of time and economic in similar projects. |
