All those information is stored in monitoring database in standardized formats, and applications call monitoring database through data manipulation interfaces to access the services like information inquiry, data processing and data analysis. The standardizations of monitoring data and documents are accomplished through the development of a series of standardized criteria, the security problems of monitoring data and documents are solved by user authority management mechanism and efficient methods of monitoring analysis are provided through a powerful data conversion module.For the problem of long-time monitoring data statistical analysis, statistical optimization method based on monitoring data management system is provided, and some statistical optimization modules are designed and developed. By dividing monitoring data into basic metadata segment which is appropriately sized, long-time data segment statistics can be calculated according to the basic metadata segment statistics. This data processing method not only solves the statistical problems for long-time data segment, but also increases the efficiency of some short-time data segment statistics considerably.
