The problems of impact between multibody systems are common in engineering fields. Impact will change the dynamical behavior of multibody systems, and affect the stability of the system. In multibody system dynamic analysis and simulation, impact is an important factor. Because of the short duration, large changes in velocity,highly nonlinearity, numerical difficulty, especially, considering highly coupling, research and analysis on multibody impact problem has become difficulties. Today, the impact dynamics of multibody systems has become one of most important and difficult field.Based on the theory of multibody impact, analyse the contact problem of deep groove ball bearing. Furthermore, obtaining accurate parameter setting of simulation.First, the research development of multibody systems dynamics, multibody impact dynamics and deep groove ball bearing are summarized. The engineering background and significance of this paper are introduced. The dynamics equations of particle system, multi-body, with constraint multi-body system are established on the base of the Newton’s second law and principle of virtual power. The methods of Bounding volume hierarchy is used in impact detection, determine the mode of system through detect normal distance and normal relative velocity of impact point. Obtaining the impact force uses the non-linear equivalent spring damp model. Further, establish the dynamics equation of the system. Coulomb friction law can be used to obtain tangential impact force. Thus, we establish multibody dynamics mode with impact. The theory above is also the theory of ADAMS impact modules.Further, analyse the structural characteristics and internal geometry of deep groove ball bearing, and pointed out the difficulties and multibody characteristics. Selecting accurate simulation parameters is difficult when using software simulation analysis. According the theory of ADAMS, combined with intends kinetic analysis of the bearing, achieve accurate simulation parameters.Finally, simulation is made for the problem of contact analysis of deep groove ball bearing. Validated to ensure the accuracy of the model. Analyzed load distribution inner bear, ball bearing, cage, intrusion volume and impact point trajectory, drew correspond conclusions.
