In order to ensure safety of mining, pumping groundwater continuously for along time is often needed, which can cause a sharp drop of groundwater levelaround diggings. In regions havingclosehydraulic connection between aquifers, itmay even affect groundwater level of the overlying water supply layer, thusaffectingsurrounding water supply security. Largescale of development andutilization of mineral resources, especially in regions where mineral resourcescentralize, will exertcontinuous, additional and cumulative effecton geologicalenvironment (including sensitive target such as domestic drinkingwater).Drawdown obtaining from monitoring wells is influencedbydepositminingmutually, therefore, in total drawdown, how to distinguish change range ofgroundwater level causing by individual mining has become an important anddifficult point.Taking Lunan Ore-concentratedArea in Anhui Province as anexample, based onelaboration of geological and hydrogeologic conditions, thepaperdefined water-filling conditions of different ore deposits, establishedhydrogeologic conceptual model and corresponding numerical model, predictedwater yield of individual mine and cumulative drawdown under the condition ofmutual interference, combining with ore deposit exploitation scheme, and discussedand identified influence extent of individual mining. Simultaneously, on the basisof existing groundwater monitoring network, the paper made correspondingarrangement and adjustment which provides important basic data for t imely controland mastery ofwater level change range and influence scopeof groundwater.According to hydrodynamic theory, drawdown formed by exploitation ofgroundwaterunder the condition of interference accords with superpositionprinciple. In order to avoid influence of such factors as variety of dataandcomplication of geological conditions, on the basis of ideal hydrogeological modeland actual numerical model of Lunan Ore-concentratedArea, this paper chosetypical analysispoint, drew relation curve betweenmining distance and influenceextent and calculated the impact of individual mining, thus obtaining influenceextentof a certain mine under the situation of any time or distance and providingscientific basis for identification of responsibility and legal evidence of sufficientcredibility for environmental law litigation. Simultaneously, it has realisticsignificance to formulation of compensatory measures considering impact onsurrounding sensitive point under the condition of mining.
