| With its excellent magnetic and low price praised, NdFeB permanent magnet hold almostthe whole of the high permanent magnet market since the80s. Because of its excellentproperties, It is widely applied in the production of all aspects of life and makes electronicproducts to achieve the miniaturization。In order to improve the property of magnetic NdFeB material,the corrosion resistance andmechanical properties, this article uses the binary alloy preparation of NdFeB magneticmaterial.Nanometer Cu powder of different mass ratio was add during mixing material, UsingX-ray diffraction spectrometer, SEM, particle size distribution and BKT–4500-z magneticmaterials testing equipment for performance test of the sample. The conclusions: under thesame preparation conditions, adoption of secondary tempering process, sample has obviousimprovement in the main orientation degree, ɑ-Fe content in the samples also has beeneffectively controlled. Moreover, compared with no tempering, Cu content is0.25wt%, thetempering process is the most important product remanence, coercive force, magnetic energyproduct increased by3.5%,9.9%and7.8%respectively,the grain boundary of the sample isclear under SEM observation, the grain size tends to homogenization. The exchange couplingeffect of the main phase suppressed by this structure, the coercive force of the samples reachthe1127KA/m, and the corrosion resistance of samples have been improved obviously,hardness is628HV,the samples mass loss only0.0217g/cm3in0.005M-H2SO4after96hours. |
