It playsan important role in micro sample composition analysis of investigation and detection of material of environmental protection, petrochemical, building materials, metal and non-metallic inorganic materials, ceramic, the identification of cultural relics, biomaterials, drug, semiconductor materials, toxic substances,geology and mineral resources, nuclear materials and thin film materials and other fields. Especiallythe research in the field of rapid identification of ore has more advantage.And microdomain X ray fluorescence analysis principle, structure characteristic,the rapid identification of mineral identification and application in Tongkeng tin.The research achievements of this paper mainly has:Using the national standard samples, a calibration equation, quantitative analysis model of calibration experience coefficient method. Initially established calibration curves of14kinds of elements with the Fe library, As, Ti, Co, and the calibrationcoefficient.
