With the enhancement of product reliability, life tests under normalconditions it takes a long time and consume a lot of costs, in addition,In a short time it is difficult to get information about the lifetime ofproducts under normal conditions in a short time. In order to ensure thatthe test sample can be rapid failure to shorten the test time, acceleratedlife testing (ALT) is often used as a main frame of the life test. In somecases, the failure model relating the lifetime of products and the stress arenot known or cannot be assumed, Especially for the test object is a newproduct, So partially accelerated life tests (PALT) is a good choice.Partially accelerated life tests can be divided into parts of constant stresspartially accelerated life tests and simple step stress partially acceleratedlife tests according to different parts of applied stress, this article wereselected Gompertz distribution and two-parameter Burr-Ⅻdistributionas the distribution of the product life; We use maximum likelihoodmethod to estimate the distribution parameters and acceleration factor; Inaddition, gives the confidence interval parameters and the test program has been optimized; Finally, a numerical simulation and data analysis.
