At present groundwater resource evaluation is the new issue of science of water resource.Its main content is that to determine the amount and quality of water of groundwater resource.And the amount of water assessment is the core content, and the quality of water assessmentis the important content of groundwater resource assessment and protection, and they providethe scientific basis for making decision scheme of water resource management and protectingand governing the deterioration of water quality in the area evaluated. The amount andquality complex makes up the foundation of sustainable development and utilization andintegrated management of groundwater resource in the area evaluated.This paper relies on《Hydrological-engineering-environmental Geology ComprehensiveReconnaissance Project in Lianhuaxin Town Linkou Ctiy Heilongjiang Province》andevaluates groundwater resource in the area of Linhuaxin town. It aims at planning theutilization of groundwater resource in Lianhuaxin town as a whole and raise practical andfeasible suggests.At first this paper is according to geology and hydrogeological condition to determinewaterpower boundary, establish Modflow mathematical model, simulate and calculate thequantity of water resource in research district, use traditional water balance for checkingcalculation. The result of simulation and checking calculation indicate that it is morereasonable for the aquifer structure and boundary conditions generalization andhydrogeological parameter’s given, and it can really reflect the quantity of groundwaterresource in the area evaluated. Secondly use water sample analysis data and adopt fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the quality of groundwater, use chosen locationof well to achieve dividing quantifiable the distribution area of different water quality, usesufer to form the partition map of different water quality. The result of the assessment ofwater quality can reflect groundwater eigenvalue in the area evaluated from the analysis ofgroundwater flow and the outside practical effect station for water quality.Synthesize the result of the assessment of water yield and water quality, match the mapof contour of water table and water quality partition, and evaluate water resourcesynthetically in lianhuaxin town, and raise the suggests of resource exploitation andutilization and serve government sector for the management of groundwater resourceexploitation and utilization.
