This article is the extended part of the theory of solid material flowtransformation. Solid flow transformation theory usually involves heat transfer, molecular dynamics, engineering thermodynamics, rheology theory subject, etc.First of all, we are analyzed the mechanism of solid flow transformation theory fromthe several aspects of ice melting, metal melting, transformation of rock rheologicaland also analyzed the existing methods and techniques of melting ice. Here we studythe technology of one of the most primitive sprinkled salt on ice and snow, namelythrough the experiment to quantify the influence degree of concrete. Combined withsolid flow transformation theory in this paper, from the most common water freezingand melting process are studied, by adding the sodium chloride salt the freezingpoint of water is measured in the water changes, then the salt ice melting experiment, through the experimental data for its specific to quantify the influence of melting rate, thus according to the request of different snowmelt deicing choose different saltdosage, reduce pollution to the environment. We can use the constant temperature box to create the temperature of-20℃anduse Agilent data collector to monitor the temperature of the center of the salt water inthe process of freezing, then by analyzing the collected data to get the freezing point.Found in the process of the experimental data processing, after adding sodiumchloride and amorphous ice freezing process is similar. At the same time, we findthat the freezing point of the center of the salt water is gradient descent. The nextstep is the ice melting experiments of salt water, then we contrast and analyze itsexperimental data and the data of pure water. We used the CFTOOL toolbox inMATLAB to fit the experimental data in order to get the better fitting curve and doresidual analysis. Finally I do the salt ice simulation by FLUENT software to compare and analysis with the experimental data.
