Design On Seismic Geophone Tester

Seismic exploration is the most commonly used in the oil geophysical exploration technology, seismic geophone is the key device which widely applied in geophysical exploration. It performance directly determines the exploration precision,periodic testing of the need for large quantities.The precision of geophone testing indictors improved method and circuit are studied. On the basis of the design and development of a geophone tester based on ARM.The paper firstly studies the testing methods of various index detector, investigated and analysed of the existing problems of testing method, look for ways to increase test accuracy theoretically based on the commonly used geophone tester in the theoretical research and analysis the paper puts forward the overall block diagram design of the instrument. On this basis,this paper designs and realizes a portable geophone tester. The hardware part includes front end circuit date acquisition circuit main control circuit and peripheral modules, the paper completed the design of the PCB welding.shell and interface design the whole machine assembly software part on the basis of the transplant Linux embedded operating system design the driver of the date acquisition modules and dynamic link library. After experimental verification the geophone tester can enhance the damping and natural frequency of large damping detector test precision improve the accuracy of impedance measurement and scope completed each function of geophone tester has small,friendly man-machine interface and the advantages of high testing precision.
