In order to reduce environmental pollution and chemical residues caused by wool scouring, the studies on enzymatic scouring technology of woolen fiber had an important practical significance for related industries. According to the characteristics of the raw wool fibers, the lipase produced by Candida lipolytica was selected and the enzymatic properties, the optimization of immobilization and the nature of the immobilized lipase were studied, the enzymatic scouring technology on wool scouring was also researched. Through these studies, the main conclusions were as follows:1. Candida lipolytica was selected as a research strain to produce lipase, and its enzymatic properties including lipase’s optimum temperature, optimum pH, thermal stability and pH stability were also studied. The results showed that the optimal temperature of the enzyme was40℃, the optimum pH was7.5, and the enzyme had a good activity at pH6-8, but it did not have good thermal stability.2.The diatomite was used as a carrier to immobilize lipase by physical adsorption. at the same time, the influence factors for the immobilized lipase catalytic activity were studied, Through these studies, the optimal results for immobilization conditions were as follows:the mass ratio of enzyme to carrier was1:14, and immobilized at30℃and pH8.0for2h.3.The enzymatic properties of immobilized enzyme were studied, The results show that the optimal temperature of the immobilized enzyme was increased5℃than that in free enzyme, and its optimum pH moved to the alkaline direction by0.5units, With greatly improved thermal and pH stability.4. The immobilized lipase was used to wool scouring and the effect of enzymatic scouring was examined. Under the optimal pH of the immobilized enzyme, the optimal parameter of the variables were determined as:the temperature was45℃, the bath ratio was1:35and the time was20h.in these conditions the scouring effect was best.
