Geological drilling rig used in geological exploration, driving to the underground drillingdrilling for geological samples, the top drive drilling rig, mud pump and three winch system.Winch winch throughout the drilling cycle is completed from under the drill, casing, drillingand other work sent, the rig lifting system is the core equipment. The above method makes winch structurebecomes complicated, and there will be a significant induction motor torque ripple brakingpower when running at low speed, seriously affecting the automatic drilling rig geologicaleffects. In order to solve the problems of traditional winch drive system, improve winchperformance, optimize transmission structure and improve the quality of automatic drillingdesigned low speed high torque direct drive permanent magnet motor inverter rig systems. Inthis paper, the structural characteristics of permanent magnet motors and frequency controlmethod of this drive system are discussed, introduces the dual coaxial winch permanentmagnet motor structure, and permanent magnet direct drive single carrier results winch motorand dual motor coaxial with analyzed, and then the permanent magnet motor automaticdrilling rig geological techniques are described, for automatic drilling rig geological systemslarge delay, nonlinear modeling difficult features using fuzzy control methods and designs forS7-300PLC The look-up table program.
