With the over-development of costal ocean and sea pollutions during recent years,sea water temperature changes significantly. Rivers gather together in some sea areasduring the period between spring and summer, and under this case sea water temperaturealso changes greatly. All the changes have a great effect on fish, shrimp, shell fish and seacucumbers living in marine ranching. The sectional sea water temperature change hassuch an important effect on the life living in marine ranching, that it becomes an urgentneed to address this technique subject.Ocean data buoys is the main method carrying out environment monitoring in ourcountry, and with the large-scale application these years, they play an important role innational ocean environment monitoring and disaster warning. The buoys can observe thehydro-meteorological variation trend continuously, practically, in fixed places and in thelong time.The buoy observation system introduced in the thesis, is a kind of small lightbuoy-control system, which is used for gradient temperature observation in the sea areasaround Dalian ZhangZiDao Fishery Group. For control terminal system design, as thesystem requires low power consumption, C8051F series microcontroller is a best choice.They own flexible timing hardware, which makes it conveniently transform betweenhigh-efficiency running mode and low-power consumption mode. Smart powermanagement modes can freely switch between normal work mode and stand-off mode,and thus reduces the whole system power loss. When working frequency is lower than10kHz, MCD can trigger the reset of the system, to make sure that the system work reliably.
