Hole leak probability age problem is often encounter problem in drillingprocess, it not only high of occurrence and harm in the process of drilling. InRuoergai uranium exploration, for the formation reasons, horizon leakage is serious,serious restricts the Ruoergai uranium exploration, but drilling leakage problems havenot been able to achieve breakthrough in Ruoergai uranium mine drilling leakageproblem solving, smooth going on of the Ruoergai uranium stood exploration hasfar-reaching significance, the uranium business make a significant contribution to thewhole country.Ruoergai plateau wetland is located in the qinghai-tibet plateau, the climateconditions are scurviness, the annual average temperature is low, only about2℃,Leakage of fissure development in mining area, Leakage throughout the hole. In orderto improve the efficiency of collision, according to the characteristics of the drillingleakage, simplely divided the loss into four classes, namely small leakage and leakageof medium, and large leakage, serious leakage.Ruoergai leakage of governance in the cold season, in view of the Ruoergaiordinary Portland cement plugging when the setting time is slow, plugging successrate low, specializing in the hydration of Portland cement under the condition of lowtemperature characteristics of final sulphur aluminate cement as the main body ofcement plugging, and through the modification of sulphur aluminate cement, shortenthe setting time of the at low temperatures, for solve the problem of cement under thecondition of low temperature condensation slower to lay a solid foundation. To bridgethe use of the materials, chemical materials, etc, also a systematic experimental study,for different types of leakage plugging material selection to provide the basis.By controlling sulphur aluminate cement perfusion elements and the use ofadmixtures, photosensitive hole success in a short time, a breakthrough in the lowtemperature under the condition of the cement plugging. Governance leakage, leakageof different relevant material, and application with pertinence and practicability of plugging technology, puts forward the borehole leakage processing method and theoptimization of mining area. Through four kinds of leakage control of the scenedemonstration application, primarily established a set of suitable for Ruoergai areauranium exploration drilling plugging technique method system.
