| This paper mainly studied the universal least square estimation and theinfluence analysis of it.Chapter1in this paper， we summary the development of the Regressionanalysis and influence analysis.Chapter2in this paper, Jackknifed universal least square estimation are definedand give a formula for it. Then we compare the bias of the Jackknifed universal leastsquare estimation with the bias of the universal least square estimation, and provedthe bias of the Jackknifed universal least square estimation are less than the bias of theuniversal least square estimation.Chapter3in this paper, by calculating extremum, the universal least squareestimation with restricted is obtained.
