Double B-value Of Pairwise NQD Random Dirichlet Series

This paper studies the properties of the Double random variables in one moment of the uniformly bounded condition. First of all, combining the definition of the pairwise NQD,we give the definition of the Double B-value pairwise NQD random Dirichlet series. Then combining with the related lemma and using the properties of double B-value Dirichlet series, proved that the double B-value pairwise NQD random Dirichlet series and the double B-value Dirichlet series have the same abscissa of convergence and the same linear growth in one moment uniformly bounded condition.
