Searching for Higgs particle and investigating the electroweak symmetry breaking mechanism have been a central issue in the current particle physics. The experiment at the CERN Large Hadron Collider(LHC) has found a particle with mass of about 125 GeV in 2012, which is the Higgs particle. Its properties are consistent with the predications of the standard model(SM).Although the standard model has achieved great success, we still have reasons to believe it’s just a low-energy(~100GeV) approximation of a more basic theory at higher energy level. We are interested in the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model(MSSM) which is an extension of the Standard Model. MSSM model predicts the existence of five physical Higgs particles, which are respectively two neutral Higgs particles(0H,0h)with the CP-even,one neutral Higgs particle with CP-odd and two charged Higgs particles. The lightest Higgs particle in the MSSM is 0h,which is about 125 Gev. Also in the supersymmetric model, there are a lot of supersymmetric partners, such as Charginos and Neutrilinos. Thus, MSSM model has a larger and more complex spectrum of interacting particles, there are much more and complicated phenomenology content.Although the colliding energy is high at the LHC, but QCD background is very complicated. For the further and more precise study of the various particles, we need the linear collider which has the more clean background. Currently the international community has been discussing the construction of a new generation of International Linear Electron Collider(ILC), it will play a key role for accurate research of new Higgs physics and physical signals. At high-energy colliders, such as LHC and ILC, multi-particle final state processes become important. So in theory, the calculation for these processes is essential. In this paper, I will discuss the MSSM Higgs, gauge bosons, Charginos and Neutrilinos associated production processes at the ILC. These processes may play an important role in the study of MSSM model electroweak breaking mechanism, coupling properties of various particles and so on. According to our results, the typical cross-sections of these processes can reach tens of fb in favorate MSSM parameter space, which can be detected and tested in future ILC experiments. The paper is organized as follows: The first chapter introduces the Standard Model Higgs particle, and the second chapter introduces MSSM Higgs model. In the third chapter, we will calculate the Higgs bosons, gauge bosons, Chargino and Neutrilino associated productions at ILC. The final chapter is a brief summary.
