Different halophytes and soil of nine different locations in the TuMoChuan plain as the research object in my paper, using the basic principle of ecology and soil science, and using classical statistical analysis method, in order to investigate and study about characteristics of organic carbon and total nitrogen.Investigation and analysis results are showed that:1. This analysis about different types of halophytes and soil carbon characteristics of the TuMoChuan plain:The biggest rate of the organic carbon content is Aeluropus sinensis in the 22 different types of halophytes on the ground, is 58.4%, the smallest is Suaeda salsa, is 23.4%. The Biomass of halophytes group and the storage of the carbon is linear positive correlation (P<0.05), the correlation coefficient R2=0.99, the linear regression equation is:y=0.419x-6.940. The storage of the carbon of Halophytes group with 0-20cm soil carbon density and 20-40cm soil carbon density are linear positive correlation (P<0.05), the correlation coefficient R2=0.80 and R2=0.87, and the linear regression equations are y=4.049x+15207 and y=2.53x+12879.2. This analysis about different types of halophytes and soil nitrogen characteristics of the TuMoChuan plain:The biggest rate of the nitrogen content is Leymus chinensis in the 22 different types of halophytes on the ground, is 5.40%, the smallest is Herba Taraxaci, is 2.70%. The Biomass of halophytes group and the storage of the nitrogen is linear positive correlation (P<0.05), the correlation coefficient R2=0.98, the linear regression equation is:y=0.051x-10.05. The storage of nitrogen of Halophytes group with 0-20cm soil nitrogen density and 20-40cm soil nitrogen density are linear positive correlation (P<0.05), the correlation coefficient R2=0.83 and R2=0.51, and the linear regression equation are y=4.312x+1492 and y=2.956x+1232.3. This analysis about characteristics of the C/N of different halophytes and the C/N of soil:The biggest rate is Calamagrostis Adans in the 22 different types of halophytes on the ground, is 15.6, the smallest is Leymus chinensis,is 8.3. There are no significant correlation between the C/N of the halophytes group with the C/N of 0-20cm soil and the C/N of 20-40cm soil (P>0.05).
