This paper mainly studies the dynamics of zooplankton and harmful algae in flowing habitats with hydraulic storage zone. When nutrient enters at the upstream end, nutrient concentration is periodic change. Advection and di?usion occur only in the flowing zone. This paper is divided into three parts. The first part introduces the background of the question and the results of related systems. The second part introduces prerequisite knowledge and related lemmas. The third part studies the periodic dynamic behavior of the system of zooplankton and harmful algae. By using the comparison principle, the paper studies the well-posedness of the system. We prove the periodic solution of the system, by the limiting system and the theory of asymptotically autonomous semiflows. we obtain that whenμ* <0, ρ* <0,system(1.4)-(1.6)exsits a periodic solution.
