There are different of signal transduction pathways in the cell, physiological and biochemical function of each signal transduction pathway is done by different series of biological macromolecules. In fact, it is completed by different gene expression. In this paper, we use new bio-information technology to dig out more associated genes through the study of a few known associated genes, and predict the gene pathway further.First of all, in order to study associated genes through a few known data, we put forward a study method called Associated Genes Study(AGS). It collects sequence information which come from the biological database and uses Canonical Correlation Analysis to increase the number of initial labeled data after data processing, then it uses self-training semi-supervised k Nearest Neighbor k to study all the labeled and unlabeled dataset to get more associated genes. In this study, it takes verticillium wilt disease resistance as the research object. Through the comparison of a variety of combination algorithm, the results prove out that the AGS is more suitable for indentifying and predicting the associated genes in the signal transduction pathway.Secondly, in order to predict the gene pathway in the signal transduction pathway, we proposed a method which based on ant colony algorithm named GPACO. In our study, we respectively use gene pathway wnt, Hedgehog, NOTCH as the research object, and collect DNA, protein sequence data in gene pathway. After data processing, we use GPACO and other similar and different pathway search method to predict gene pathway based on the sequence data feature and the exiting study. Though the comparison of the result, it proves out that GPACO can effectively predict the gene pathway. The research show that AGS can effectively study associated gene and GPACO can be used on the prediction of gene pathway in signal transduction pathway based on making full use of the sequence feature and the existing study. This is significant for understanding of the signal transduction pathway, diagnosis and treatment of disease.
