Telomeres(Telomeres) is to protect the chromosomes DNA- protein complexes, it prevents the chromosomes of the nucleic acid degradation and fusion, but the end replication problem, cell divides a telomere shortening 50-200 bp, when reduced to a certain length, chromosome no longer copy, termination and aging cell division, so the Telomeres has a great connection with human aging.The protection of the telomeres of chromosomes to maintain the stability of the genome, and the stability of the remain largely carried out by telomere binding protein.Through the study found that FBW7 with telomere binding protein interactions. On the basis of these,studying whether FBW7 has influcence to the telomere,whether telomerase as the substrate of FBW7 have the very vital significance. Experiment using CO-IP,CHIP-Dotblot and FlowFISH method to study whether FBW7 combined with Telomere binding proteins and whether it will cause the telomere DNA damage and short of telomere. The result of telomeres and aging control research has very important significance.
