Molecular oxygen dissolved in the water we call it dissolved oxygen or DO for short, which is an important parameter for underwater scientific research measurements. With the protection of water resources and development of aquaculture and marine science, more and more people concerned that how the content of dissolved oxygen in the oceans can be determined quickly and accurately, and the demand for real-time dissolved oxygen monitoring instruments will become larger.Measuring methods for on-line measurement of dissolved oxygen have their advantages and disadvantages, on the basis of Clark electrode method, we improved it to make measurements more accurate and more reliable and to meet the requirement of long-time real-time on-line measurement.The main results of paper are as follows:Chapter 1 introduced the background of the dissolved oxygen measurement and the domestic and international development of DO measurement at first, then introduced common methods for measuring dissolved oxygen. Considering these methods, Clark electrode method was chosen as the main method for measurement of dissolved oxygen.Chapter 2 at first gave a brief introduction to data fusion technology, then analyzed three auxiliary parameters: temperature, pressure and salt degree, which had effects on dissolved oxygen measurement, and about temperature, pressure and salt degree the three parameter we made compensation for dissolved oxygen measurement, and then using D-S evidence theory we designed a data effectiveness auditing model with the three parameters.Chapter 3 we used LPC1768 as core processor to design hardware system of dissolved oxygen measuring system. The hardware system included processor module, multiple sensor modules, communication module and power management module and the circuit of each module was designed.Chapter 4 according to the design of the hardware system, software was designed for each functional module.Chapter 5 analyzed the results of detection system, and results showed that the accuracy of dissolved oxygen was ±0.1mg/L, the data fusion result showed that effectiveness auditing model needed to be further improved.
