The development o f modern science and technology to promote the progress in various fields, low-temperature plasma technology has become an inevitable product o f the times, has been widely used in the electronics industry, surface modification o f materials, sterilization, waste treatment and medical fields. Today, in the medical field a mechanism for biological tissue ablation technology o f low-temperature plasma is still relatively vague, and study that the complex impedance o f the solution control system is relatively scarce. So it is important practical value to study low-temperature plasma the complex impedance control system o f solution.Base on designing requirements o f the solution o f the complex impedance control system, it needs to describe circuit o f measuring solution complex impedance between needle plate electrodes and a plasma power supply design. By AD5933 impedance measurement analyzer it measures and analysis solution complex impedance between needle plate electrodes; While experimental study o f the solution complex impedance control discharge plasma generated taking advantage of the high frequency high voltage plasma power supply that outputs a specific frequency and voltage.In order to fully understand the solution complex impedance control system,it need to understand the mechanism o f low-temperature plasma that is generated by the discharge in saline solution, using Comsol Multiphysics multi-physics simulation software to analysis the physical properties o f generating low-temperature plasma by coupling electric field and temperature field. Analyzing steam sheath formation processing, include changes o f the electric field, current density and temperature field, and then get the physical characteristics o f low-temperature plasma. Testing the feasibility of the solution complex impedance control system combines with changes o f the solution complex impedance between the electrodes.Building a experimental platform that the complex impedance o f salt solution control system, analyzing impedance changes between the electrodes by AD5933 during plasmagenerating; collecting response curve of the experimental system by oscilloscope, analyzing changes o f the power dissipation in different solubility salt solution during plasma generating, verify the feasibility of the solution complex impedance control system.Establishing the salt solution complex impedance control system model uses experimental methods, at a certain voltage according to impedance o f different solubility salt solution between the electrodes obtain the output characteristic, and get the transfer function o f the control system, with the help o f dynamic performance o f the second order standard system analysis stability o f the solution complex impedance control system, and optimal control system.Through practice and theoretical research in this paper, ablation technology research of low-temperature plasma biological tissues of subsequent clinical lays the foundation and offer a certain reference value.
