The Optimal Control And Controllability Problem Of The Evolution Equations

This paper mainly studies the controllability and optimal control problem of the evo-lution equations. The first mainly discusses a special kind of bilinear system controllability,and this analysis the point of view of the specific set of features can reach; Secondly discussesthe optimal control problem of a class of fractional order systems. For such unique existenceof solution theorem of fractional order equation has been solved in the reference [17], soin this article will discuss the integer order system with the variational method of optimalcontrol problem in such a fractional order system, is obtained by variational method for thiskind of system the necessary condition for the existence of the optimal control, namely themaximum principle.
