| In practical application, the methods of fuzzy number ranking have great significance to the fuzzy optimization, fuzzy decision-making and other issues. In the decision-making and optimization problems, because of the information uncertainty and people’s fuzziness thought, the decision-makers always use fuzzy number to represent its ambiguity. The core problem is the ranking and comparison in the decision problem, therefore, the method of fuzzy number ranking is widespread concern problem in the field of academic and applied research. So far, there are more than 40 kinds of fuzzy number ranking methods, but there is not a universal approach. Although some result consider the role of different membership status in the study, these methods are not systematically analysis the function characteristics of membership status, and don’t reflect process consciousness of different membership status briefly, therefore, it is very important to systematically consider the role of membership status under the fuzzy environment.To the above problem, firstly, based on the deficient analysis of the original ranking methods, this paper proposes the membership effect function, by introducing different membership function to reflect the different membership state’s role, and build the fuzzy effect equilibrium value which based on membership effect. We mainly discuess the model’s nature and the calculation method of special fuzzy numbers, and apply this method to an fuzzy decision problem to get more satisfactory results. Secondly, on the basis of the effect equilibrium value, we give an calculation method about equilibrium value that based on the cut set, and explore the operability of the method. Through the method, we solve the algebra calculation problems based on membership effect equilibrium value, and give the addition and multiplication calculation of special fuzzy numbers. At last, by introducing the specific examples, we validate the maneuverability of this method. |
