Abstract/Summary:
This subject relies on the National Scheme 863 plan which is about "Deepwater Drilling Platform and Drill Stem Automated Processing Key Technology" and it is the fourth sub-topic which is about "Drill Stem Automated Processing Key Technology and Equipment Manufacture" (Project NO:2012AA09A203).This project has been listed as the twelve-five major science and technology in "863 plan". Technology and equipment in deepwater exploration and development is backward relatively, so most advanced drilling equipment and technology is introduced from foreign country, which makes the market competitiveness so weak. In view of all above it, we must master the key technology of automated processing in deepwater rig drillstring and have our own intellectual property deepwater rig technology system, which need to study the theory on deepwater rig technology and have ideas of innovation and integrated innovation. Only in this way, can we achieve leapfrog development of deepwater oil and gas exploration and development technology.In order to develop a drillstring automated and integrated processing system being suitable for deepwater rig, this subject is a distributed control system based on PROFIBUS-DP and Ethernet. WinCC configuration of the host computer to monitor is the core of this system, and the basic action is as the logic unit and PLC is the controlling carrier. With all of it, we can complete the development of every control system and realize the integrated controlling. The operation of this system adopts touch screen technology, which makes the system being advanced, flexible, convenient.This system can realize the automated operation of drillstring in deepwater rig, and it also monitors and controls the field devices in real time. At the same time, we make study of anti-collision and trajectory optimization so as to avoid collision between field devices and ensure people’s safety, which makes the drillstring processing operation high reliability.
