The researchers have paid much attention on the relationship between the material and energy transportation. In various transport phenomenons, the life activities of the effect of external force is zero or even without external force could drive the actives of the life has attract much attention of scholars widely. In his paper,we inspired by biological protein which can transform directly chemical energy into mechanical energy which store in the ATP, without intermediate state, these energy conversions made by proteins, the efficiency rate can be far more than the artificial system, these proteins are regraded as molecular motors. Molecular motors widely exists in life, and have theirs own specific function, the studied found that these molecular motors play an important role in active transport. The accurate analysis of the molecular motor’s environment, simplifying the molecular motors to Brown motors which exist in unasymmetrical periodic potential, affected by external unbalanced thermal fluctuation, to simulate object mechanism of life activities. In this paper,we study the motor molecules from the structure of the molecular motor, periodic potential and non-equilibrium thermal fluctuations, to analyze the transport mechanism of the molecular motors.We studies the molecular’s structure and its environment. Molecular motor has the ability of active transport and high transport efficiency is closely related with its structures.This chapter analyzes the movement mechanism and motor protein’s structures of kinesin, dynein protein, myosin and then regard these three kinds protein s as a Brownian particle in the ratchet potential from the perspective of the physics, to learm its mechanical and chemical properties, and introduces how to realize the leap of molecular motors fromr biology to physics. Then we study the noise and due to the advantage of the characteristics of harmonic oscillator of the noise can be analyzed strictly,we study the Coordinate items of harmonic noise and velocity of harmonic velocity noise, to find out the correlation function, which reflect the propoties of the noise and is good enough for us to learn the non-equilibrium thermal fluctuation.Furthermore we analyze various models of molecular motors. We study the molecular motor in one dimension of ratchet potential, respectively studying the particle system only affected by the inertia ratchet potential, and ratchet cooperates with the noise after adding external non-gaussian noise, perspectivly. With expanding the model, we do research in the two-dimensional ratchet potential, the molecular motors mechanism affect by the ratchet potential or the ratchet cooperate with the noise. Finally, with considering the interaction between particles, we could consider the coupling motor as Brownian particles and study the mechanism of coupling motors’ transpotation under the effect of the rachet potention and noise.This actrile introduced the molecular directional motor transport mechanism from the time and space. Molecular motor internal structure as well as the motor from several aspects, established a relatively perfect molecular motor model, make further reasearch in the molecular motor transport mechanism. There are best parameters which will help to guide the preparation of nano machines, with these proper parameters,the current can be enhanced effectively suppression and inversion, which provided the basis for the particle filter parameter selection.
