With the discovery of the Higgs particle by LHC in 2012, we have entered a new era. So far, all the particles predicted by standard model have been found.Though standard model have achieved great successes, it still have some problems.Such as, this model can not provide dark matter candidates, can not incorporate the theory of gravitation described by general relativity and has the known fine-tuning problem. To solve these problems, many new physics models are proposed. So far, there exist supersymmetry models, extra dimension models, and technicolor models, etc. After the discovery of the Higgs particle, some traditional technicolor moles are excluded. To solve the phenomenological difficulties of traditional technicolor theory, the top-seesaw assisted technicolor model was proposed. In this thesis, we will study the pair productions of the charged Higgs under top-seesaw assisted technicolor model. For the productions at the LHC we consider the processes proceeding through gluon-gluon fusion and quark-anti-quark annihilation. We find that in a large part of parameter spaces, the production cross sections of the light charged Higgs at the LHC can be quite large, while the heavy ones are small because of the suppression of the phase space. Therefore, considering the low standard model backgrounds, the light charged Higgs pair productions may be detectable at the LHC future experiments.
